To obtain a CAP 101 card log on to http://www.capnhq.gov then click on the link that says "online exams" (aprox 11 items down on the left side), after viewing the GES training
presentation (avilible on that page), select "Emergency Services Online Examinations", then select "CAPT 116 General ES Questionnaire
Parts 1 & 2 - June 2004 - (50 Questions)" and type in your CAPID and take the quiz. If you have further questions,
ask your squadron staff.
